Return & Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellations

You can cancel your order before the item is dispatched from our shop. Once dispatched, cancellations may not be possible. Custom-made orders cannot be cancelled once manufacturing begins.

2. Returns

We accept returns only if the item delivered is significantly defective or incorrect. Returns must be initiated within 2 days of delivery. The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
