1. Local Delivery

We primarily serve customers in and around Ballia, UP. Delivery within city limits may incur a nominal transportation fee which will be communicated before finalizing the order.

2. Dispatch Time

For items in stock, we dispatch within 24-48 hours. Custom orders or out-of-stock items will take longer, and the estimated time will be shared via WhatsApp during the enquiry phase.

3. Transportation Risk

We ensure proper packaging, but for bulk furniture, small scratches may occur during transit. We recommend arranging your own transport vehicle for large items directly from our shop if preferred.
